Shipping Policy

All products are made to order. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 7-10 business days to process. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

Incorrect Address:

We are unable to cover the cost of your return shipping cost due to entering the incorrect address. If your order was returned due to incorrect address, insufficient address, or marked undeliverable by the USPS address, we will invoice you for your order to be re-shipped to the correct address. We ask that you please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. 

You can change your shipping address via email (info@soothexsmooth.com), if you've realized that you've you entered your information incorrectly. We can only change your information if your order has not been prepared for shipping. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package appears to be missing or stolen, please allow 48 hours before contacting us. Allow your order enough time to be delivered, just in case, there was a mix up with deliveries. In most cases, it may have been delivered to your neighbors residence. Please also check with USPS to see if they are holding your package for pickup.

If your package is missing after 48 hours, please file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector and you may have to file a police report for theft.
